Welcome to NORDIC IPTV HUB. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) service and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NORDIC IPTV HUB ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to our service, or using our website and IPTV service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services Description

NORDIC IPTV HUB provides a premium IPTV subscription service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and other media content over the internet to compatible devices. Our service includes:

  • Access to Nordic and international television channels
  • Video-on-demand library with movies, series, and other content
  • Multi-device support for simultaneous streaming
  • Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
  • Catch-up TV functionality where available

We continuously strive to improve our service and may add, modify, or remove features at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different durations and features. Detailed information about our current plans is available on our website. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.

3.1. Auto-Renewal

Unless you choose a one-time payment plan without renewal, all subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.

3.2. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you downgrade, you may lose access to certain features or content that were available under your previous plan.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan at the rates in effect when your subscription renews. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

4.1. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, and Nordic digital payment methods (Swish, Vipps, MobilePay, Siirto). Availability of payment methods may vary by region.

4.2. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If multiple payment attempts fail, your subscription may be suspended or terminated. You are responsible for updating your payment information if your payment method expires or is declined.

4.3. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to the following responsibilities:

5.1. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5.2. Permitted Use

You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To transmit or facilitate the transmission of any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • To engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
  • To copy, modify, or distribute any content from our service without explicit permission
  • To share your account credentials with any third party

5.3. Device Limitations

Your subscription plan limits the number of devices that can simultaneously access our service. Exceeding these limitations may result in additional charges or suspension of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of NORDIC IPTV HUB or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service without prior written consent from us.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of the channels or content provided through our service. Channel availability and content may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NORDIC IPTV HUB, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service and cancel your subscription through your account settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
